My Story

Date into rescue: 1/24/2018

Reason for being in rescue? Found as stray in SC, finders kept for 2 months but could not keep him.

Special Needs?none noted

What kind of home would be best for me? A home with a 2 legged youngster or another 4 legged friend. I have lots of energy and love to play. I get along great with all dogs. I am very curious when it comes to cats. I just want to play but they see me as a threat. Since I am a puppy. I must have someone who is an experienced dog owner and is home more than they’re away. I need someone who can work with all my energy. I do have a best friend her name is Sophia, we love to play.

What is my personality like? I love everyone and I have never met a stranger. I am very outgoing and love having my head scratched. I love toys and love to run and play. Here is a bit of my back story, I was found as a stray in South Carolina. I was just laying on the side of the road like I had given up on trying to find my home but luckily these nice people seen me and took me in. They kept me for a few months but my owners still never came up. The finders loved me but realized they didn't have time for me and wanted what was best which is what led me here to the rescue. I am now searching for my forever home! I'm a puppy so please be patient with me and my silly ways. I would benefit greatly from an obedience class and maybe even nose work class. I need something to keep my mind stimulated.

How do I act when I meet new people? I love everyone and I am very outgoing. I have never met a stranger. I have no manners and jump all over people. ( we are currently working with him). I am alot of dog!!!

Tips and Tidbits:

House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained.  A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours.  We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.

Potential Adopters

Please note - we do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting a dog, take a look at the distance between the dog's location and your location and make sure you are able to make the trip.

Thank you for your interest in a dog who needs a new home. This description contains all that we currently know about this dog. We have no perfect dogs - but many of our dogs have proven to be perfect for a certain someone. We urge all of our potential adopters not to fall in love with a picture. When screening applications, we look at the entire home and then make suggestions based on what would be a good fit for your home. You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, age, temperament, personality, etc. Our goal is to match you with the best possible pet for you and your home. We want to create furever families.
