My Story

Date into Rescue: 4/11/2022

Reason for being in rescue: transfer from rescue

Special Needs: Sy is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Sy is Feline Leukemia positive. Given this he must be an indoor cat and must be the only cat.

What kind of home would be best for me: Sy is looking for a home that loves his breed. Siamese are known to be fiercely loyal, loving to their people, and picky. Sy is great with dogs and can live with dogs of any size or age. Given his FELV positive status, he must be the only cat and must be an indoor cat.

What is my personality like: One he knows you, Sy is incredibly affectionate and quite clingy! He lives in our medical clinic at Dreamweaver Farms where we frequently find him laying on the counters and laying wherever pleases him. He enjoys big round soft beds, looking out the windows, and grubbing down on some canned cat food!

Sy is wonderful once he is comfortable. When you take him home he will likely hide for the first few days as he gets to know his new environment. This is very common for his breed. Patience and space and gentle pets are the way to Sy's heart.

How do I act when I first meet new people: Friendly

Tips and Tidbits: Sy is estimated at 2 years old. We celebrate his birthday as 8/11/2020.

House trained: Sy is litter boxed trained!

Potential Adopters

Please note - we do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting a dog, take a look at the distance between the dog's location and your location and make sure you are able to make the trip.

Thank you for your interest in a dog who needs a new home. This description contains all that we currently know about this dog. We have no perfect dogs - but many of our dogs have proven to be perfect for a certain someone. We urge all of our potential adopters not to fall in love with a picture. When screening applications, we look at the entire home and then make suggestions based on what would be a good fit for your home. You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, age, temperament, personality, etc. Our goal is to match you with the best possible pet for you and your home. We want to create furever families.

Thank you for considering CPR!
