My Story

Date into Rescue: 9/10/2022

Reason for being in rescue: breeder release

Special Needs: Lilith is spayed, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative.

What kind of home would be best for me: Lilith is looking for a family setting, she would enjoy having many people to love on her all day long. She is fine to be left alone during the day but would like someone to give her a potty break midday. Lilith is exceptional with other animals, small dogs, cats, and large dogs are all fine in her book. She would be happy with or without other animals. Lilith would enjoy daily walks, puzzle games, and various other activities to keep her mind busy. Lilith is not a very active dog, she will really enjoy lounging around the house and snuggling with her new family.

What is my personality like: Lilith has been nothing but a delight since she stepped off transport. She is always happy and wagging her gorgeous tail. Lilith often places herself in front of people, she will come sit in front of you and look up with her chocolate eyes. Lilith is quite in her foster home, she lounges around and very much goes with the flow. Lilith is charming and affectionate, she loves to sleep in the bed and snuggle. Lilith absolutely adores laying in your lap and getting all the belly rubs possible. Lilith is so far crate trained and house trained. She is currently learning leash manners, she does pull a decent bit. Lilith is a gentle soul ready for her own home!

How do I act when I first meet new people: Shy at first but after a few minutes she is happy and friendly.

Tips and Tidbits: Lilith is 6 years old. We celebrate her birthday as 9/10/2016

House trained: Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained.  A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.

Potential Adopters

Please note - we do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting a dog, take a look at the distance between the dog's location and your location and make sure you are able to make the trip.

Thank you for your interest in a dog who needs a new home. This description contains all that we currently know about this dog. We have no perfect dogs - but many of our dogs have proven to be perfect for a certain someone. We urge all of our potential adopters not to fall in love with a picture. When screening applications, we look at the entire home and then make suggestions based on what would be a good fit for your home. You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, age, temperament, personality, etc. Our goal is to match you with the best possible pet for you and your home. We want to create furever families.
