My Story

Date into Rescue: 09/01/24

Reason for being in rescue: breeder release/breeder received from another breeder in March 2024 and chose not to add her to that breeding program

Special Needs? Bailey is spayed, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative. Bailey is an F1bb golden doodle.  F1BB golden doodle means: 87.5% Poodle & 12.5% Golden Retriever. We will never guarantee that a doodle is hypoallergenic or that it will not shed.

What kind of home would be best for me: Meet Bailey, a delightful one-year-old Golden Doodle with a bright sunny personality. This beautiful white puppy brings joy to every moment, always sporting a cheerful smile regardless of the weather. Rain or shine she's a joy to be around. Bailey thrives in an environment that matches her lively spirit. Whether you are single, a couple, or a family, as long as you lead an active life, Bailey will fit right in. We're looking for a home where Bailey will have another large dog as a companion. Having a playmate would allow her to run, frolic, and enjoy her days to the fullest. Additionally, another dog could help guide Bailey as she learns and grows. Bailey is good with dogs of all sizes and indifferent to cats. Bailey is always up for adventures like walks, runs, hikes, or trips to the mountains or beach. After all the fun, she'll be more than happy to curl up and enjoy some snuggle time with you. Bailey is good with cats and small dogs.

What is my personality like: Bailey is a happy girl who loves life. Her happiness is contagious! She adores playing with other dogs and has a fondness for toys. Bailey is still learning and will benefit from a bit of training. She's not yet accustomed to walking on a leash, so leash training will be necessary. She also needs guidance in basic commands like sit, stay, down and come. Bailey is crate trained and maintains a clean space, but a consistent potty schedule will be crucial to her ongoing potty training. Bailey is eager to learn and would do best with an adopter who is patient, kind, and ready to invest time in her training.

Bailey will brighten your life with her joyful attitude and loving presence. If you are ready to offer her a home filled with activity and affection, Bailey will be a wonderful addition to your family.

How do I act when I first meet new people? Though timid at first, Bailey's greeting is all about excitement and love. She'll approach you with a friendly, "Hi, will you be my best friend:" and is eager to share fun and affection.

Tips and Tidbits: We do not have Bailey's actual birthdate so have estimated her birthdate at 09/01/23

House trained: Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained.  A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.

Potential Adopters

Please note - we do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting a dog, take a look at the distance between the dog's location and your location and make sure you are able to make the trip.

Thank you for your interest in a dog who needs a new home. This description contains all that we currently know about this dog. We have no perfect dogs - but many of our dogs have proven to be perfect for a certain someone. We urge all of our potential adopters not to fall in love with a picture. When screening applications, we look at the entire home and then make suggestions based on what would be a good fit for your home. You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, age, temperament, personality, etc. Our goal is to match you with the best possible pet for you and your home. We want to create furever families.
