BITZY – 3 Months Old – Chi-Weenie

Bitzy would love to go with her BFF Henry but does not have to if her home has another good dog for her to buddy around. She needs the security of a canine friend. She would do best in a quiet home where there is routine and structure. She likes to know what is going to happen next even at her young age. She would not do well with young, active children in the home.

BOONE – 8 Years Old – Standard Poodle

Boone is a regal boy looking for his forever home. He has always lived with another dog and at first was especially partial to females – but now he likes everybody. Boone’s ideal home has another large dog that will enjoy playing and resting with a canine companion. Boone does not do well with small dogs or cats. He can easily be around small dogs and cats but under supervision, not living in the home with him.

DONNIE – 5 Months Old – Beauceron Mix

Henry – 3 Months Old – Chi-Weenie

Henry is gregarious, outgoing and happy and while he is getting along fine with other dogs, we find he is much more people oriented. He wants to be the center of attention and the one and only canine in your heart. There is one exception to this for Henry – and it is his BFF Bitzy. When the two are together, the world is their oyster. If you do not work and/or are home a lot, Henry would make a great only dog. If you work, then consider Henry with Bitzy as the pair will keep each other entertained while you are away.

Marie – 5 Months Old – Beauceron Mix

Marie is in Donnie’s shadow (it’s called litter mate syndrome). She actually likes her brother but he’s always been the leader and she needs to blossom in her own home. Marie is indepenennt, an adventurous soul who wants to go and do and see but she is easily frightened. Loud voices and yelling disturbs here greatly. She gets along great with cats and is seeking out cats to play with.

His main concern is people, Whiskey is a classic velcro dog who wants his people right there with him at all times. Due to this personality type, he tends to stress out in a crate. Whiskey’s tear staining around his eyes was noted by our veterinarian. This may be reflecting a blocked tear duct and should continue to be monitored.
